Vero Project assumes management of Hexagon’s WORKPLAN production management software to better support global customer solutions
Global Solutions Provider and production management expert Vero Project to manage Hexagon’s WORKPLAN product, supporting global customers and resellers
Vero Project, a leading global provider of integrated manufacturing software solutions, today announced it will take over full responsibility for the management of WORKPLAN, Hexagon’s widely-adopted production management solution. This strategic shift, now effective across all regions except France, reinforces Vero Project’s position as a trusted partner for digital transformation across the entire manufacturing lifecycle.
With decades of experience in industrial software and a legacy rooted in manufacturing innovation, Vero Project brings deep technical and operational expertise to the WORKPLAN portfolio. More than just a product transition, this move embeds WORKPLAN into Vero Project’s broader, outcome-driven solutions strategy that is designed to help manufacturers improve traceability, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency at scale.
As part of this transition, Vero Project will take full ownership of the WORKPLAN product roadmap and innovation, ensuring its evolution remains aligned with customer and industry needs. The company will oversee global sales enablement and reseller network management, providing partners with the tools and support needed to drive growth. Customer and technical support services will also be fully managed by Vero Project, maintaining a consistent and high-quality experience worldwide.
“At Vero Project, we believe manufacturing success comes from connecting every part of the process—from quoting to planning, production, and delivery,” said Antonio Perini, CEO of Vero Project. “WORKPLAN is a vital enabler in that journey. By integrating it into our global solutions portfolio, we’re helping global customers run smarter, faster, and more profitably with a single, unified partner by their side.”
Stephen Graham, EVP Production Software and Nexus at Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division commented: “We are fortunate to have Vero Project as a long-term partner because they have such deep hands-on knowledge of WORKPLAN. By handing the reins to Antonio and his team, we believe the WORKPLAN ecosystem will benefit from their deep knowledge of integrated manufacturing systems to drive the future product direction and successful implementations.”
Extensive work is underway to ensure WORKPLAN customers and partners will experience no disruption. All current Software Maintenance Agreements (SMAs) and reseller agreements will remain in place, and existing WORKPLAN team members will transition to Vero Project to ensure continuity and maintain deep domain and product expertise.
Together, Hexagon and Vero Project remain committed to delivering innovation, service excellence, and a connected manufacturing future. French customers remain under Hexagon support until further notice.
